WHAT INCLUDES

Ecotur provides, at no cost to participants, 3 dinners (June 19-20-21), 2 meals (June 20 and 21), and 3 breakfasts (June 20-21 and 22), as well as accommodation for 3 nights at the Olympia Hotel Complex in Alboraya – Valencia during June 19, 20 and 21, 2024.

All participants will have a preferential place in the different presentations, meetings and talks held in the emblematic venues of our Congress.

For 3 days we will get to know the best city in the world to live in and which at the same time is the best city in the world to learn about the evolution of European Gastronomy and Tourism. Thus, we will get to know the culture and tradition of our historic center and the modernity and avant-garde of the City of Arts and Sciences, in addition to the headquarters of the University of Valencia, founded more than 500 years ago.

In all the visits to be made we will have exclusive transportation for our congressmen and likewise, the participants will not have to worry about their arrival and return to the Valencia Airport, since our staff will help them at all times.

We have brought together the great references of Valencian Cuisine, Businessmen and Experts in the tourism field. They are unique presentations, where synergies are generated between disciplines with a promising future and present.

Among them there are Michelin stars, Politicians, Businessmen and Internationally successful Entrepreneurs who will share their experience and vision from new points of view.

In love with the Km0 de La Marina products, it led him to set up the first store selling products exclusively from the region in Dénia. This allows you to be in direct contact with both producers and customers. From there he carries out tastings and organizes activities where he makes the products known from history, tradition, the landscape and, above all, respect.

Ricard Camarena closed a historic year in 2023. In November he was once again awarded his second Michelin star for Ricard Camarena Restaurant. Previously, in 2018, it received the award for “Best Creative Cuisine Restaurant” ‘Salsa de Chiles’, and the restaurant occupied the eleventh position in the world in the ‘Smart Green Guide’ for the treatment and prominence it gives to vegetables. In December, Ricard was chosen as “Best Foreign Chef” by the Italian guide Identità Golose. In 2023, Ricard continues to be at the forefront of Valencian gastronomic tradition.

It has gourmet shops and stalls in the emblematic Central Market of Valencia, Lázaro is a benchmark in the world of charcuterie and gourmet products. And not only that, but it is an excellent cutter for ham pieces. Exquisite ham and Iberian products. In its stores it also has a selection of the best wineries.

Miguel Chavarría Díaz, born in l’Horta de Almàssera on November 29, 1953, is a political activist of the PSPV-PSOE, councilor for his party since June 2007 in Alboraya and mayor of the Alboraya City Council since June 2011.

He was re-elected mayor in 2015, 2019 and 2023.

He has a degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Valencia since 1975, a specialist in Hospital Radiophysics since 2001 from the Ministry of Health and a Doctor in Physics since 2005, also from the University of Valencia, presenting his thesis “Digital Radiology: Integration Model in Radiodiagnosis Information Systems” and obtaining a ‘Cum laude’ qualification.

Likewise, he obtained the degree in Computer Science Management issued by the Institute of Business Directors CESEM of Madrid, in 1991.

In 2008, the X VALENCIAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AWARDS Gala won the award for “OUTSTANDING PERSON IN THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY”, in the accession category.

Coordinator of the Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Head of the Gastronomy Classroom of the University of Valencia

Director of the Ecotur Valencia Professional Training Center since its foundation in 2014. Graduated in law from the University of Valencia, he has always had a teaching vocation, working as a teacher for the last 17 years of his professional life. In this interesting talk he will show us the academic possibilities for those students interested in pursuing studies in Spain related to Gastronomy and Tourism.

Mayor of the Valencian town of Bocairent, since 2019, he is currently the youngest mayor of the Vall d’Albaida region. In love with the natural resources of the Sierra de Mariola, he will tell us about the possibilities offered by inland tourism and rural tourism, in relation to festivals, traditions, gastronomy, etc.

Director of the ILUNION Hotels Valencia 4 and Valencia 3 hotels. He is part of the business project of the ONCE social group, where the main value is people. Demonstrating every day that a socially responsible and economically sound model can go hand in hand and that disability is not what defines people but rather their attitude and spirit of improvement. A particularly interesting talk regarding the inclusion of home automation in top-of-the-line hotels such as the Ilunion Chain.

He is the alchemist of one of the most notable firms in the field of Valencian cava. Dominio de la Vega is today a reference for the world of sparkling wines worldwide. He lives the cava process with a passion that is difficult not to appreciate in the cavas of Dominio de la Vega, a firm that has contributed significantly to the success of Valencian cavas.

With an affable character, the Dominio de la Vega winemaker does not take a step that is not to add. He is happy in that underground world where the bottles of cava rest. He talks to them and pampers them with great care, taking maximum care of the entire process. The firm has become a reference in the matter, not in vain in the house they know what it cost to be able to make cava in Requena. He also has time to make high-quality red wines, with the native Bobal as his flagship.

He firmly believes that the food and gastronomy sector has great potential for growth and development at a national and international level. As Director of the Leioa Hospitality School in Bilbao, he leads highly transformative projects, robotics and automation projects, which include: -Incorporating kitchen robots that can prepare food accurately and efficiently. – Implementation of automated food delivery systems. – Use of robots for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

In essence, automated solutions that help reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve service quality.
